$250,000.00 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $250,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Willie Allen (aka: Johnny Allen). On April 4, 2006, at approximately 8:25 P.M., Willie Allen was leaving a store on the 500 block of Fillmore Street with two people. An unknown person jumped out from hiding and stabbed Willie Allen. Mr. Allen subsequently died.
