$10,000.00 REWARD VICTIM ROBERT CHATMAN The Mayors Office has authorized a reward in the amount of $10,000.00 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Robert Chatman. On April 1,2006, at 0420 hours, Robert Chatman was shot and killed while standing on the 200 block of Hermann Street in San Francisco. Mr. Chatman died at the scene.
