$250,000 Reward Jermaine Cooper with Daughter The City & County of San Francisco has authorized a reward in the amount of $250,000.00 for information leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Jermaine Cooper. On February 15, 2006, at 2302 hours, Jermaine Cooper was shot and killed while inside the residence at 1130 Palou Avenue. Jermaine Cooper is believed to be the target of a home invasion robbery. Cooper was shot once and died in the hospital a few hours later. Jermaine Cooper was a college student in the East Bay and the father of a baby daughter.
