$50,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Guy Allen Rice, II MURDER VICTIM GUY ALLEN RICE, II On September 17, 2006, Guy Rice, 27 years of age, was shot as he stopped his car to pick up a female friend in front of her residence in the 800 block of Excelsior Avenue. Guy Rice was able to drive down Excelsior, to avoid further shots before crashing his vehicle in the 200 block of Vienna Street. The victim died at the scene.
