REWARD $250,000.00 The Mayor’s Office has authorized a reward in the amount of $250,000.00 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Earl Robinson. VICTIM EARL ROBINSON On January 20, 2006, at 4:35 P.M., Mr. Robinson was killed inside of 861 Post Street, Apartment #16.
