REWARD $ 10,000.00 HOMICIDE VICTIM DEMOREA JACOBS The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $ 10,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects responsible for the shooting death of Demorea Jacobs. On August 21, 2004 at 11:19 PM, Mr. Jacobs was shot and killed while crossing the street with a friend on the 1200 block of Divisadero Street. Three men approached Mr. Jacobs and one fired a shot from a handgun killing him instantly. The suspects then fled from the scene on foot and were last seen running east on Ellis Street towards Scott Street.
