$10,000 REWARD 07-117 11/15/07 HOMICIDE VICTIM BURNETT THOMAS RAVEN, Jr. The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000.00 reward leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Burnett Raven Jr. On Saturday October 7th, 2006 at approximately 0027 hrs, Burnett Raven Jr. was murdered in front of 618 Larch Way in San Francisco.
