I want to invite everyone to two events that’s happening next month.

The first event is our National Coffee with a Cop. This will be on Wednesday, October 3rd at Starbucks located at 1800 Irving St and 19th Ave. This event will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Just a little history of this event. Coffee with A Cop was launched in Hawthorne, California in 2011 when Officers from the Haw- thorne Police Department were looking for ways to interact more successfully with the citizens they served each day. Com- munity members can interact with Officers over a cup of coffee and have conversation with no agenda.
