SFPD Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Person At-Risk 25-022

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at-risk.  

Sau Kuen Kwan was last seen on February 3, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., taking the 14 MUNI bus to Chinatown from her residence on the 3300 block of 25th Street. 

Ms. Kwan is described as a 77-year-old Asian female, 5’0, 150 pounds, with gray hair, and black eyes. She is considered “at-risk” because she suffers from early-stage Alzheimer's and she requires medication for other health issues.   

Ms. Kwan was last seen wearing a gray sweater, a maroon shirt, and black and white striped pants. 

Anyone who locates Ms. Kwan should call 911 and report her current location and physical description. Anyone with information on her possible whereabouts should call the SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You may remain anonymous.
