SFPD Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Person At-Risk 25-021

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at-risk.  

Joseph Hampton was last seen on February 3, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., on the 500 block of O’Farrell Street getting into an unknown vehicle. 

Mr. Hampton is described as a 76-year-old black male, 5’7, 145 pounds, with gray hair, and brown eyes. He is considered “at-risk” due to his dementia.

Anyone who locates Mr. Hampton should call 911 and report his current location and physical description. Anyone with information on his possible whereabouts should call the SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You may remain anonymous.
