SFPD Seeking Public’s Assistance in Locating Abducted Child and Child Abduction Suspect 23-033

On Friday, March 17, 2023, at approximately 6:54 p.m., San Francisco Police officers from Park Station responded to a residential facility located on the 200 block of Ashbury St. for a report of a missing person.  

Officers arrived on scene and met with an employee of the facility who stated that a resident, Chelsea Tamulevich, left the facility with her child, Caspian Tamulevich. Based on a valid court order, Chelsea has no custody rights over Caspian and was not permitted to leave the facility with the child. Officers are currently searching for Chelsea and Caspian who were last seen leaving the 200 block of Ashbury St. at approximately 5:30 p.m.     

Chelsea Tamulevich is described as a 38-year-old white female, 5’6”, 130 lbs., blonde hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing all-white clothing. Caspian Tamulevich is described as a 1-year-old toddler Hispanic male, brown hair and brown eyes, and an unknown clothing description.

Investigators from the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office Child Abduction Recovery Unit and the SFPD Special Victims Unit, are investigating this child abduction.  

Anyone who locates Chelsea Tamulevich and/or Caspian Tamulevich should call 911 and report their current location and physical description.
