SFPD Medal of Valor Awards Ceremony

The San Francisco Police Department Medal of Valor awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, 2850 19th Avenue. The ceremony commences at 6:00 P.M.

The Medal of Valor is bestowed on officers for exceptional bravery in the line of duty. Eight recipients will receive the Gold Medal of Valor (Asiana Airlines incident), twenty-five recipients the Silver Medal of Valor, and seven recipients the Bronze Medal of Valor.
