San Francisco Police Seeking the Public’s Assistance In Locating Missing Person At-Risk 23-035
The San Francisco Police Department Missing Person Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult who is considered at-risk.
Boon Kwa was last seen at his residence on the 2100 block of 22nd Avenue in San Francisco on Monday, March 20, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Mr. Kwa is described as a 77-year-old Asian male, 5’3”, 120 pounds, bald, and has brown eyes. Mr. Kwa is considered at-risk due to his age.
