The holiday season is upon us, and Northern Station Officers are out on the streets doing their best to keep our community safe. There has been a nationwide increase in thefts of packages delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc. Follow these tips to help reduce this trend. Have deliveries delivered to your workplace. Require a delivery signature. Reroute or reschedule deliveries to when someone is home. Amazon offers a “Amazon Locker” service where your packages can be delivered to a secure locker at a nearby convenience store.
