Arrest in Series of Cell Phone Store Robberies

On the evening of October 5, 2013, Christopher Bailey, 38 years, of San Francisco, was arrested after committing an armed robbery at a business on the 1500 block of Sloat Boulevard. Officers at Taraval Police Station quickly surrounded the plaza following the robbery and took Bailey into custody after a short foot pursuit. This suspect has been connected to five other cell phone store robberies throughout San Francisco.

Bailey is currently in custody at the county jail. He has been arrested for eight counts of robbery, one count of possession of stolen property, and resisting arrest.
